We saw the gap and we listened. Business owners were frustrated by confusing credit claims, inaccessible advisors, and generic services that missed the mark. CPAs were looking for collaboration without reputational or regulatory risk. That’s when Prime Tax Group was born: a firm created to bring clarity, trust, and technical firepower to a space that needed all three.
Our founders come from national consulting, legal, and accounting backgrounds, with experience dating back to the original 1981 R&D credit legislation. But we built PTG to be different: independent, specialized, and relationship first. Today, we’re proud to serve clients across all qualified industries, helping them uncover legitimate financial opportunities incentivized by federal and state legislation.
